• 30-Day Return Window:

   Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item that arrives damaged or does not meet quality expectations.

  To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused or in the same condition as received, unless the return is due to dissatisfaction with quality or damage upon arrival.

• Free Replacement for Customer-Damaged Items: 

  If you accidentally damage your item within 30 days of receiving it, you are eligible for one free replacement. However, you are responsible for all associated shipping costs for the replacement.

• Shipping Costs:

   For returns due to damage or quality issues, Kenneth Toys LTD will cover the return shipping costs. For replacements of items damaged by the customer, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Items returned outside the 30-day window

  Items returned outside the 30-day window or without a valid reason—such as damage, quality concerns, or approved replacement—may not be eligible for refunds. Kenneth Toys LTD reserves the right to deny refund requests for returns that do not meet the outlined policy criteria.
