Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Custom or made-to-order 3D printed accessories may require additional processing time. Estimated processing times for these items will be listed on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

    • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

    • International Shipping (delivery times vary by destination)

  • All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders over $100.

  • Expedited and international shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

  • We ship domestically within the United States and internationally to select countries.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available by appointment only. Please contact us after placing your order to arrange a pickup time.

Handling & Special Items

  • Some scale model accessories and custom 3D printed parts may require special packaging or additional handling time. These details will be specified on the product page if applicable.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet all stated delivery timelines, shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if your order is delayed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
