2025 Hot Wheels "Premium" Exclusive – Custom KITT

This year’s SDCC exclusive featured Doc Brown’s van and the Time Machine DeLorean set—while undeniably cool, many Knight Rider fans (myself included) were disappointed that we didn’t see a true premium or exclusive edition of the mainline Custom KITT released earlier in the year.

That's where we step in. I've always been a HUGE fan of the episode Custom KITT and wanted to create a custom that could never be forgotten. With the help of  Jason Wallace and his amazing replica, he was able to track down all the parts used in the episode, which I was able to use as reference to create this custom.

What Makes This Custom KITT Special?

This premium Hot Wheels build has been meticulously upgraded with over 14 custom modifications any Knight Rider or diecast collector will appreciate:

• Car is professionally removed from original Hot Wheels card back without damage allowing the product to be resealed with 3M adhesive for display. Car is then handled with gloves for the rest of the modification.

• NEW - Premium Packaging inspired by the official premium packaging from Hot Wheels. Art is professionally printed on 300lb premium glossy card stock with a UV gloss finish. I even went as far to add the hanger protector! These aren't your typical print at home cards, these were actually sent out to a professional 3rd party to print.

• Repainted plastic interior in proper doeskin tan

• Screen-accurate 2-TV dash replacement, hand-painted for precision

• Authentic front and rear side marker decals

• KNIGHT plate decal

* We have implemented these larger components to provide a wider contact point to better absorb shock and prevent damage during the shipping process. Premium Collector Extras

Each Custom KITT includes:

• Comes re-sealed on an all new designed "Premium" style card recreated down to the exact dimensions. This new card is printed on extremely high quality card stock with UV protection. Topping all this off, this Custom K.I.T.T. comes packaged in a premium clamshell Hot Wheels collector case.

• A Donruss/Fleer/Topps -inspired collector trading card, featuring detailed info on the custom parts. Designed by Nick Nugent of NRN Design, professionally modified and printed by Kenneth Toys LTD with his permission
  

• Card acts as your signed certificate of authenticity
